QynQue Cookie Policy
Effective date: 30 September 2026 Last updated: 30 September 2026
This policy explains which technologies the QynQue Platform (platform.qynque.com) uses to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. It is part of the Privacy Policy.
1. We set no tracking cookies
The QynQue Platform does not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not embed third-party tracking pixels or social plugins on portal pages. Because of that, no cookie-consent banner is needed for tracking purposes on this Service.
2. What we do use: browser storage (strictly necessary)
Instead of cookies, the portal signs you in with tokens kept in your browser's local storage:
| Name | Kind | Purpose | Lifetimes |
|---|---|---|---|
| `auth_token` | localStorage | your session access token, so you stay signed in | until you sign out or the token expires |
| `refresh_token` | localStorage | silently renews your session when the access token expires | until you sign out |
These are strictly necessary for the authenticated features you asked for (account, billing, usage). They contain no advertising identifiers. Clearing site data or signing out removes them. You cannot disable them and keep using the signed-in portal; public pages work without them.
3. Payment pages
When you pay, the checkout experience is hosted by our payment processor (Stripe). Stripe may set its own cookies or storage on the checkout domain to prevent fraud and remember settings (for example, to speed up later card entry). Those are governed by Stripe's cookie notice, not set by us on our pages.
4. Changes
If we ever add non-essential cookies or similar technologies, this policy will be updated first, and where your law requires consent (for example the EU ePrivacy rules for EU users), we will ask for it.
