QynQue AI Usage Policy

Effective date: 30 September 2026 Last updated: 30 September 2026

DRAFT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE. Align with counsel against emerging AI regulation applicable to your markets (Malaysia's AI framework guidance, EU AI Act obligations for any EU users, and sector rules).

This policy sets the rules for using artificial intelligence through the QynQue Platform and QynQueOS — the built-in on-device engine, subscribed cloud models, and the autonomous agents (agents, QuePilots) that use them. It is part of the Terms of Service; breaching it is a breach of the Terms.

1. Agents act for you, not for us

Autonomous agents run under your account, your API keys, and your instructions. Legally and practically, you are the operator. You choose what they may do, approve their permissions, and are responsible for what they produce and do on your behalf — including actions taken by an agent you authorized days ago.

2. Approval and oversight duties

  • Grant agents only the tool access a task actually needs (least privilege).
  • Keep approval gates enabled for risky or irreversible actions (payments, deletions, sending to third parties, system changes). Do not auto-approve a capability you would not perform yourself without review.
  • Review outputs that leave your environment — emails, files, published content, code deployed to production.
  • Monitor usage; you can pause or revoke any agent's access immediately in the portal and in QynQueOS.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use QynQue's AI features to:

  • break the law, or help others to; infringe privacy or intellectual property;
  • generate content that is unlawful, sexually exploitative of persons, incites violence, or harasses or defames specific people;
  • create impersonations or deepfakes of real people without their informed consent and clear labeling;
  • manipulate elections, public health, or financial markets with deceptive AI content;
  • build autonomous weapons or systems whose purpose is to cause physical harm;
  • profile or make significant automated decisions about people (credit, employment, housing, insurance, legal) without the safeguards your jurisdiction requires — QynQue is not a compliance tool for regulated automated decision-making;
  • evade a platform's or provider's own AI-use rules, or scrape and resell model outputs in violation of provider terms;
  • run agents whose instructions would themselves breach this Policy or the Terms.

4. Transparency and labeling

  • Your outputs: where you publish AI-generated or AI-modified content that other people might mistake for human work, label it honestly (the QynQueOS social tooling enforces this for content published through it, and we expect the same of you).
  • Your users: if your agents converse with third parties (customers, the public) on your behalf, disclose that they are talking with an AI at the start of the interaction, where your law or platform rules require it — and as good practice regardless.
  • Our disclosure: QynQue tells you when a response is machine-generated, when a model is uncertain or degraded, and which model/provider processed a request where that information exists.

5. Data and model training

Prompts sent to a model are processed by the provider you or your plan selected (see the Privacy Policy, Section 3). We do not train general AI models on Your Content without opt-in consent, and we do not let providers train on it except where you deliberately enable such a provider; check the provider's terms you activate. On-device engine usage keeps content on your hardware.

6. Reliability duty for consequential use

Generative AI can be wrong, stale, or inconsistent. For anything material — legal, medical, financial, safety, infrastructure, or a person's livelihood — a qualified human must review the output before it is relied upon. The Service is not a professional-advice product.

7. Enforcement

We may rate-limit, require verification, suspend specific capabilities, or suspend accounts for breaches of this Policy, proportionate to risk and with notice where practicable. Report misuse you observe through the Service to [trust@qynque.com — TO CONFIRM].
